. Lucky draw duration is from 11 – 27 July 2025.
. A minimum spend of RM30 at Pet Lovers Centre, B2 and completion of Fur-tastic Redemption are required to enter the lucky draw. While stocks last.
. Eligible shoppers will be automatically entered into the Furry Ride Lucky Draw upon successful redemption.
. Lucky draw winners will be selected at random after the campaign period ends.
. Each eligible shopper is entitled to one (1) entry per successful redemption.
. Redemptions are exclusively for Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two retail shoppers only. Redemptions are only valid for purchases made in Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two on the same date as stated on the receipt(s) during the campaign period 11 – 27 July 2025
. Limited to one (1) lucky draw per customer. Receipt(s) are valid for one (1) time of redemption only.
. Shoppers are required to download and register on Sunway Malls mobile app to proceed with redemption and lucky draw participation.
. Redeemable at the Peel Entrance, GF, Sunway Velocity Mall.
. Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two tenants & outlet employees are strictly not allowed to redeem.
. Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
. Receipts and orders from retail’s online stores, Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for redemption.
. Receipts from pushcarts, pop-up stores, Nanjing Street outlets, Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, bill payments, any trade-in (gold, jewelry, electronics etc.), card reloads, transaction from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s), any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift card are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
