1. To redeem one (1) unit of ITSU iSonic Toothbrush (the "Item"), shoppers must spend a minimum of RM 500 in a single receipt at any store within Sunway Velocity Mall.
2. Shoppers must present the original receipt to ITSU staff at Lot 2-13, Sunway Velocity Mall to redeem the Item.
3. Redemption is limited to 10 Items per day, capped at 100 Items for the entire campaign period, which runs from 1st May to 12th May 2025.
4. Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to stock availability.
5. Redeemed items are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash, store credit, or substituted with other items.
